Pranayama or yogic breathing is a subtle but potentially life altering practice. The yogis in their ancient wisdom and through countless hours of practice and observation discovered that everything in our physical, mental and emotional realm is reflected in our breath. They also discovered that by focusing on specific practices that affect the breathing, transformation on many levels can be achieved! In this four day intensive we will focus on developing a daily pranayama practice that has powerful implications for general well-being and personal transformation.
This course may be used as an Elective credit towards the Downward Dog RYS 300hr Advanced Teacher Training.
