The Kaiut Yoga method has been designed to help your body work through the general aches & stiffness that come with our modern lifestyle, chronic injuries and the impact of consistent movement patterns such as frequent running or cycling. Regardless of age, flexibility and experience, the classes provide adjustments for people of all levels to work at a pace that feels comfortable.
Kaiut Yoga works from the joints, unlike most yoga that stretches muscles in extraordinary ways. It's about maintaining or returning the body to optimal functionality.
Learn the Kaiut Yoga method in an introductory class. April 8 - 15, 2018. Three classes daily: 9 - 10am, 4:30 - 5:30pm and 6 - 7pm. You may take a single class or purchase an 8-class pass to attend each day at a discounted rate. Drop-ins welcome.
