For this unique two hour workshop, students will participate a 75-90 minute detoxing Yin class. Throughout the class students can sip on 3 delicious samples of kombucha. Kombucha is a fermented drink full of nutrients and enzymes that aid with digestion, mental clarity and natural detoxification. Following the Yin class, Culinary Nutrition Expert Sabrina Cooper will lead an information session on Kombucha. The info session will include how to brew, the benefits of the tea and instructions on how to make your own tea at home. Students will leave the workshop with their own starter kit including a starter tea and SCOBY, as well as instructions to brew your own tea at home. Sabrina will also offer a one time follow up to assist students over email or phone.
