YOGA FOR BACK-TO-SCHOOL with Dana Chapman

Event Description

If your child gets a little nervous about back-to-school time or would like to learn a few techniques to help with focus and relaxation, this workshop is perfect for him or her! During this 90 minute workshop, we will learn yoga poses to inspire confidence and encourage relaxation. We will also learn some yoga flows to burn up nervous energy and to connect us with our breath. Specific breathing techniques, visualizations, and relaxation practices will also be taught.  Each child will leave with a handout of the practices.  $40 + HST  (For children starting grade 4 and up.)
