At Connect Yoga, we are redefining the idea of a traditional yoga studio. You won't be doing repetitive sequences or always be confined within the four sides of a mat. We will encourage you to step outside of the yoga box and off your mat so you can move better in your day-to-day life, increase body awareness, and reduce pain and injuries.
Connect Yoga classes feature Yoga Tune Up®, which emphasize safe and functional movements, combined with dynamic strengthening and stretching, therapeutic self-massage and breathing strategies that will help you live better in your body. All of our classes are suitable for everyone. For the advanced practitioner, movements can be scaled up and for the absolute beginner, movements can be scaled down.
