At PRANA fitness we are dedicated to creating a practice that will magnify the vitality already within. Our main focus is yoga in a traditional Hatha style - with elements of LifeForce Yoga and Vinyasa Flow.
We dedicate time during each practice to meditation, nada (sound) yoga, pranayama (breath exercises) and creating strength and space within the physical body.
PRANA fitness also offers Personal Training, Group Fitness classes, LifeForce Yoga for the mood, Laughter Yoga, family & kids yoga, meditation and more.
Located in the east end of the Beaches area of Toronto - we also take advantage of the beautiful surroundings and practice Yoga in the Park every Saturday morning.
